1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TeamBlockchain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Legal Disclaimer

All information, analytics, and content provided by TeamBlockchain is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice. Users should consult with qualified professionals for specific advice. TeamBlockchain is not a broker, exchange, or financial advisor.

3. Compliance with Laws

You are responsible for ensuring your use of TeamBlockchain complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations, including those related to digital assets, trading, and data privacy.

4. Nature of Service

• TeamBlockchain provides market data, analytics, news, and reporting tools for cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
• TeamBlockchain uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models for analytics, reporting, and, where available, trading algorithms and signals. AI-generated content may include market analysis, news summaries, risk assessments, and trading suggestions.
• AI and ML outputs are inherently probabilistic and may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. You should not rely solely on AI-generated content for trading or investment decisions.
• TeamBlockchain does not execute trades or act as a counterparty. Any trading, order management, or bot features are provided as tools for your use, not as a service of execution or custody.

5. Connectivity, Integrations & Security

• TeamBlockchain connects to third-party data providers, exchanges, and user accounts via industry-standard APIs and Websocket protocols for real-time and historical data, order management, and account integration.
• TeamBlockchain supports the Financial Information eXchange (FIX) Protocol versions 4.0, 4.2, and 5.0 for professional trading connectivity, where available.
• All communications between your browser, TeamBlockchain, and third-party services are encrypted using SSL/TLS or equivalent secure protocols.
• Use of APIs, Websockets, FIX, SSO, WalletConnect, and other integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
• Connectivity to third-party services, exchanges, or protocols may be interrupted, limited, or discontinued at any time and is subject to change without notice.

6. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• You may create an account using Single Sign-On (SSO), WalletConnect, or other supported authentication methods.
• If you connect exchange accounts or APIs, your keys are encrypted and stored securely, associated with your authenticated identity (e.g., Google SSO, WalletConnect). You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, providing accurate and complete information, and notifying TeamBlockchain immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Violating any applicable law or regulation
• Engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive practices
• Attempting to manipulate markets, data, or analytics
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Transmitting malicious code or attempting unauthorized access
• Disrupting or interfering with the security or integrity of TeamBlockchain or its users
• Using TeamBlockchain for any unlawful, harmful, or exploitative purpose

8. Decentralization & User Rights

• TeamBlockchain supports the principles of decentralization and user control. You retain ownership of your wallet and private keys at all times.
• TeamBlockchain does not custody user funds or private keys.
• Where possible, you may export your data or revoke access at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The TeamBlockchain platform, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TeamBlockchain and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on TeamBlockchain without express written permission.

10. Data Privacy & Security

• TeamBlockchain collects only the minimum data necessary to provide services (e.g., account identifiers, API keys, usage analytics).
• Sensitive data (API keys, credentials) is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• TeamBlockchain does not sell or share your personal data with third parties except as required to provide the service or by law.
• Use of SSO, WalletConnect, or exchange APIs is subject to those providers’ terms and privacy policies.

11. Risks & Disclaimers

• Crypto markets are volatile and risky. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
• Analytics, reports, and trading signals may be generated in whole or in part by AI/ML models. These models are subject to limitations, may change over time, and may produce unexpected or incorrect results. TeamBlockchain does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
• TeamBlockchain is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• TeamBlockchain may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
• TeamBlockchain aggregates data from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of external data.
• TeamBlockchain, including all features, data sources, AI models, algorithms, and integrations, is subject to change, suspension, or discontinuation at any time without notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamBlockchain and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, profits, data, or business opportunities.
